Key improvements include:

1. Redecorated and refurbished front of house spaces.
2. Brand new comfortable seating in the auditorium.
3. Temperature controlled auditorium.
4. Installation of a new lift and other facilities to enhance disabled access (see below).
5. A state of the art education facility in the basement.
6. Refurbishment of the existing studio space.
7. Complete re-wiring and plumbing.
8. Installation of state of the art technology backstage.
9. Urgent Structural repairs.

Disabled Access:

1. A lift from the main foyer level to Coopers Gallery will give disabled patrons access to more of the building, including the upstairs café bar area and the upper circle seats.
2. There will be a larger number of wheelchair spaces in the main auditorium.
3. Signage will be improved.

All counters of bars, box office and the like will have a lowered section to provide access to these facilities to customers in wheelchairs.
